Our Wonderful Customers

I reread my post of a couple of days ago and although it was an annoying situation I don't want people to think I judge all of our customers harshly or at all.

Obviously, consumers who walk through our doors are our life blood and we appreciate all of you.  I happen to be in our Ely store today and met a wonderful couple from Tulsa, OK who purchased a couple of prints and gushed about how nice the store was.  They were so happy we would ship the prints to them and really appreciated the buying experience.
