It Happened Again
I greeted a customer at the door and before even saying "Good Morning" she blurts out, "We're just going to walk through the store."
We're more than happy to have people walk through our stores, there is no buying requirement. Apparently people must have bad experiences with high sales pressure, because some are sure defensive about talking with the store employees.
